ALBANY_Ellsworth A. Elliott, 82, passed away on December 24, 2015 at Albany County Nursing Home.
He was born on June 30, 1933 to the late Harris and Pauline (Kinney) Elliott in Goshen, NY. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a hard worker, devoted husband and father. He was a very giving man always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Ellsworth is survived by his loving children, Allen (Julie) Elliott, Sandy (George) Elliott, John (Debbie) Elliott, George Elliott, Kenneth (Sara) Elliott; grandchildren, Christopher Elliott, Madelyn Elliott, Chelsea Elliott, Jessica Elliott and Mateo Elliott; his brother, Lester Elliott and his sister, Eleanor Bradley.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years Irene Elliott.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015 from 10 am -12pm at New Comer Funeral Home A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 12 pm following visitation at New Comer Funeral Home. Interment will take place at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
