DELANSON – Elsie Johnson Mestler, 77, of Delanson, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at the Inn of Community Hospice after a long illness.
She was born in Compton, CA and was the daughter of the late Keith R. Johnson and Emma J Squires Johnson.
Elsie is the beloved wife of 56 years to Lynn E. Mestler. She is the devoted mother of Jeffrey Mestler and Timothy Mestler both of Clearwater, FL., Brian Mestler and Scott Mestler both of Bat Cave, NC. She is the sister of Lois Askew of Princetown, Virginia Joy and Barbara Campbell both of Vermont. Elsie is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 aunts and several nieces and nephews.
