Emily Blancovich-Bonilla

Emily Blancovich-Bonilla, 46, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 28, 2023 at her Residence with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of Ruben Blancovich and Irma Blancovich. Emily was the devoted wife to Rene Bonilla. They were married 23 years.

Emily worked as a very passionate Reiki Practitioner where she found many friends in her clients and her classes. She had a passion for helping others. She connected many people through her loving, kind, goofy and accepting nature and was a light for many.

Emily had a wonderful soul, she took in everyone and treated them as family. She always provided a safe place for everyone to be themselves, no matter how wacky or weird.

Emily enjoyed spending time with her entire family, laughing, dancing, singing and being silly. She always had a beautiful smile on her face when family and friends were around. Her memory will forever remain in all our hearts.

In addition to her husband Rene and parents, Emily is survived by her two daughters, Rowan and Andrea

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, New York on Sunday May 7, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:30 pm.
