Ernest H. Slater Sr.

Schenectady- Ernest H. Slater Sr., 82, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center. He was the son of the late Austin and Sarah Slater.
Ernest is survived by his children; Ernest Jr. (Kelly), Timothy (Flo), James (Laurie), Kimberly (Jeff), Stacey (John), Christal Powell and Bernice. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, his siblings; Louise Rulelius (Dick), Bill Slater Allene, Betty Gerhard and Warren Slater.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
