For 39 years, he shared a beautiful journey with his beloved wife, Lisa Berhaupt, who was not only his partner in life but his best friend and soulmate. They were inseparable, facing every joy and challenge together with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Their bond was a testament to true love, and the life they built together was filled with cherished memories and deep affection.

Duke was a hardworking man who took great pride in his career. He was a Co owner of E and E Top Quality Contracting before later working as an environmental field technician for Hydro Tech. Beyond his work, Duke had a deep passion for collecting coins, a hobby that brought him great joy. He found beauty and history in each piece, often sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with family and friends. His love for collecting wasn’t just about the coins themselves, but about the stories they told and the connections they created.
