ALBANY- Eugenia U. Williams, age 89, passed away on March 6, 2023 at her home in Albany, NY.
She was born in Georgetown, Guyana, the daughter of William and Alexandria (aka Irene) George.
Eugenia was predeceased by husband, Vibart Williams; sisters: Ectarine, Eslyn, Della, Ina (Doreen), Silverine, Urani and; brothers: Courtney, Carlton, Burchel, and Jonathan.
She immigrated to the United States in July 1982. She was a dedicated worker at Albany Med for over 35 years, as a Sterile Processing Technician.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and watching game shows on TV. She had a passion for music and loved dancing.
Eugenia is survived by her sister, Eleanor, brother, Lennox and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Friday March 31, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205.
