Evelyn M. Cusack

COLONIE – Evelyn M. Cusack, 85, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Troy, NY she was the daughter of the late William and Gertrude Murray. She lived in Menands for most of her life. Evelyn worked for the New York State Dept. of Taxation and Finance for 35 years before retiring. She was a member of the Menands Senior Citizens and enjoyed golfing. Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late John Cusack. She is the cherished sister of William Murray of North Carolina, Gertrude Abele of Loudonville, Thomas Murray of Waterford and the late Catherine and Edward Murray. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, Loudonville. Calling hours will be Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
