Evelyn V. Mcadoo

Evelyn V. McAdoo, 99, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. Evelyn was born in Blue Field, West Virginia to the late Frank and Maggie Robinson. Evelyn enjoyed gardening but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband, Edward M. McAdoo, Sr.; her two children, Inez Alexander and Delores Hilton and her brother, Frank Robinson, Jr.
Evelyn is survived by her children; Paul Robinson, Margaret Davis, Edward M. McAdoo Jr., William (Denise) McAdoo, Julia M. McAdoo, Norma Hicks and Brenda Coleman. She is also survived by; fifty-six grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. A host of other family members and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11. Interment will follow the service at Albany Rural Cemetery.
