GERMANTOWN- Faith L. Shupa, 67, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018.

Faith was born in Hudson, NY on July 29, 1951 to Archibald and Eleanor Coons.

She is predeceased by her son, Richard Coons, her daughter, Alicia Fernandez, her brothers, Wayne Coons, Michael Slater, her sister, Grace Robertson, and her mother-in-law, Ethel Fernandez.

She is survived by her son, Jason (Ex-wife, Lori McDowell) Fernandez, and his father, Manuel Fernandez, her grandchildren, Elyssa (Happy Birthday Nini loves you), Andru, and Faith, her great-grandson, Xavier, her sister, Melissa Slater, her brother, Brian Slater, her nieces and nephews, Dawn (Randy) Gardella, Lisa A. Clevenger, Jean (Steve North) Raymond, Billy Raymond, and Jessica Coons, her great-nieces and nephews, Randy Jr., Miranda, Stephanie, Jasmine, Summer, Steven Jr., Meghan, and Antrell and her Fernandez family, Lontrice, Angel, Justin, Anita, Angelia and Michelle.

Her cousins Loring and Scott Ultimo and the entire Ultimo family

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
