Colonie- Florence E. Treadway, 88, passed away Friday March 6th, 2015 after a long battle with dialysis. She was the daughter of the late John and Harriett Marone.
Florence was the loving wife of Donald Treadway. They were married 51 years and enjoyed every minute they spent together. In their early years they enjoyed going downtown to see movies and shows. Together they moved to Colonie and have spent the last 31 years residing there.
Florence is survived by her husband, Donald and their two children; David and Donald.
She is predeceased be her son; Gary Treadway.
The family would like to thank the local hospice for all the care, love and sympathy given to Florence and her family throughout her battle.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be sent to any local hospice.
A service will be held Wednesday March 11th, 2015 at 11:30 at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd, Albany,NY. Interment will be held Friday March, 13th, 10:00am, at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
