Florence M. Gulliver

Florence M. Gulliver, 86, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Mar 21, 2013 at the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peters. She was born in Albany, NY to the late Joseph and Mae Hubert. Florence was proud to be recognized as a Gold Star Mother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the Racino with her best friend for over 60 years, Deloris LeMorta. In addition to her parents Florence was predeceased by her beloved husband John Gulliver; her son, Private 1st Class John Gulliver, Jr. her 8 brothers, Joseph, Eugene, Thomas, George, Charles, Lawrence, Raymond, Robert and her sister Deloris Galvin.

She is survived by her children, Diane and David Gulliver of Albany. She is also survived by her sister Mary Robertson and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the entire staff with the Community Hospice Inn for all of their care and compassion given to Florence.

Funeral service for Florence will be Monday, Mar 25, 2013at 1:00 pm at the New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 11 to 1pm. Interment will follow the service in the Memory Gardens.
