Foster R. Williams

Troy- Foster R. Williams "Tookie", 73, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends. Born in Newburgh, NY to the late Foster and Viola Williams, Foster is survived by his son, Kevin C. Williams; his brothers, Edward Williams and Connell Williams; his sisters, Hyacinth and Carol Brown. He is also survived by his beloved partner of 27 years, Alfreda Tillman and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

Foster worked at the NYS Assembly Printing Office in Menands for many years.

Calling hours will be held from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, NY. A Funeral service will follow at 4pm at the funeral home.
