Frances H. Bayly DiDomenicantonio, 81, passed away Sunday October 25, 2009 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born August 16, 1928 in Alburg, Vermont to the late Ira and Edith Curtis. She attended and graduated as a L P N from Putnam Memorial Nursing School in 1951. Frances moved to Troy and married the love of her life the late John Archer Bayly, they had two beautiful children; Thomas M Bayly (Nancy) of Niskayuna and Darlene Bayly McRae (Floyd) of Albany. In 1986 Frances married her love Mario DiDomenicantonio of Watervliet and were best friends until her death.
In addition to her husband Mario, and her children Thomas and Darlene she is also survived by grandchildren; Ryan, Brennan, Emily and Kyle Bayly and John Clements, siblings; Evelyn Dubuque, Barbara Maskell and Carlene Mulheron, in-laws; Beatrice Grant, Carmella Temple, Anna Bayly and Marilyn Bayly and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her first husband John, Frances was predeceased by her siblings; Carl, Earl and George Curtis and Anna Mae Hilliker.
Funeral services will be Thursday 8:15 am from New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie then to Parish of Mater Christi (The former St. Catherine of Siena) where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am. Calling hours will be Wednesday 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Troy, NY. Memorial Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc. of Northeastern NY, Pine West Plaza, Bldg. 4 Suite 405 Washington Ave. Ext., Albany, NY 12205.
