Frances Joseph, of Albany, 77, departed this life on Friday, April 29, 2022 at her home.
She was born on August 11, 1944 in Mount Vernon, New York. She was the daughter of late Plymouth and Mary Williams. She was the fourth born out of five children.
In 1967, she married Martin "Paisano" Joseph. In 1988, she and her family relocated to Albany, New York.
Frances got great joy from spending time with her family, shopping, and going to the casino. She was notorious for her bake chicken, her jokes and witty sense of humor. She loved everything about New York. We will miss her laugh, smile, and quiet but welcoming personality. She's a retired health care provider.
Frances leaves to cherish her memories: Veronica Mcneil, Nathaniel Joseph, Lamont Joseph, Latasha Joseph, Zoricka Joseph; brother, Lawerence Williams, 33 grandchildren, and 34 Great grandchildren.
She is pre-deceased by her husband Martin Joseph, Brother Leroy Williams, Plymouth Williams Jr. and sister Ruth Chaplin.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A service will follow at 1pm.
