Frances Mary Poole

ALBANY – Frances Mary Poole, 84, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospital. She was born on June 18, 1928 in Haverstraw, NY to the late Jules Lee and Susie Mae Stewart. She was educated in the Albany School District. Frances worked for Albany Hospital, VA Hospital and Whitney Young. She retired from SPARC, St. Peter's Addiction Recovery Center as a substance abuse counselor.

Frances is survived by her children, Michael Ford (April), Laura Brookshire, Hernandez Poole (Evelyn), and Suerissa Poole. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry A. Poole and her children, Martia Dixon, Elmer Holland Jr., and Colethia Poole.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 12 to 1 p.m.
