ALBANY- Frances P. Lumpkin Ross, 54, of Albany passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Albany Memorial Hospital. She was born in Albany and was a cashier at Walmart in Glenmont for several years.
Frances is survived by her husband, Walter L. Ross; her daughters, Shirrie Lumpkin and Jeneva D. Ross; her mother Phyllis Thompson; her father David Lumpkin Sr., her grandmother Evelyn Thompson and her siblings Doretha Toliver, David Lumpkin Jr., Sonora Ray, and Sylvester Lumpkin. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
