Albany - Frances Elizabeth Plonka, 91, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021. Frances was the daughter of the late George and Sarah Hacker. Frances was the devoted wife to the late Stephen Plonka.
Frances was employed by Albany International until her retirement.
Frances is survived by her children, Michael (Mary Beth) Plonka, Karen Tartaglia; her grandchildren, Bobby (Erin), Julie (Eric) and Nicholas Tartaglia; her three great grandchildren, Katelyn, Lindsey and Jacob, and many loving relatives and friends.
Frances is predeceased by her sisters, Georganne and Phyllis.
Services will be held privately by the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
