SCHENECTADY - Frances Springfield (Vrooman,) 78 years old, passed away on Wednesday May 13, 2015 at home, after a long illness.
Born in Gloversville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Delia & Frank Vrooman.
Lolly will be missed by her sister, Leona Miller. Along with her parents Lolly, was predeceased by her husband Thomas Springfield, sisters, Lillian, Harriett, Jenny, Katherine ,several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Lolly loved her 2 purebred bull dogs, and was an avid animal lover. She was employed by Sara Lee as a factory worker in Hackensack, NJ. Lolly was also a caregiver for shut-ins in Gloversville, NY.
The family would like to thank all of Lolly's health aides for all of their professionalism and loving care.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 21 2015 at 12:00 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie NY.
