ALBANY – Frances Storr, 94, a lifetime Albany resident, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
Born in Albany on February 28, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Francisco and Antoinette Montano Liuzzi and wife of the late Charles W. Storr.
Frances is survived by her son, Charles A. Storr; her grandchildren, Emily S. (Clifford) Hudgins and Justin B. Storr; her great granddaughter, Harper D. Hudgins; her daughter-in-law, Dawn M. Hopper and many nieces and nephews.
Fran loved to cook and volunteer her time to Veterans. She was a fiercely devoted wife, mother and grandmother, beloved to all. Her spunky and witty personality was infectious. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Colonie.
