Frances Willey Ruso

RHINEBECK – Frances J. Willey Ruso, 68, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2012 in Dutchess County. She had served in the US Coast Guard and worked as a LPN. Frances is the daughter of Robert L. Willey and the late Bertha Willey. She is the mother of Francine Anigian and Lynda Shelffo. Frances is the grandmother of Timothy Quinlan, Jacob Anigian, Michael and Sam Shelffo. She is the sister of Robert C. Willey and the late Richard Willey.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
