Francesco LoGiudice, 73, of Feura Bush, NY passed away on November 25, 2023.
Born in Antillo, Pr. Messina, Italy on May 5, 1950. He was the son of the late Giuseppe Giovanni LoGiudice and Maria Bongiorno.
He came to America in 1967. Francesco married his beloved wife, Agapita, in 1971. He was an expert mason, working with local contractors doing what he loved. He retired from the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #2 and Local #190. He had a great love for his family, hunting with his beagles as a member of the New Scotland Beagle Club, wood carving, playing cards, wine making, and prepping the garden for his wife. He took pride in his craft building a house for his family. But most of all, he loved his two grandsons.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Rosanna and his in-laws Giovanni and Assunta Tarquinio. He is survived by his beloved wife, Agapita (Tarquinio), his daughters, Jean and Maria, his son and daughter, Christopher and Jamie, and his cherished grandsons, Easton and Logan.
He was the youngest of eight, the brother of Gina LoGiudice (late Salvatore LoSchiavo) of Italy, Concetta Toscano (late Giuseppe) of Queens, the late Antonio and Carmelina LoGiudice of Albany, Vincenza LoGiudice (late Egidio Pinto), Tindaro LoGiudice of Albany, and Onofrio LoGiudice (Rita Perrone) of Italy. Brother-in-law to Luigi Tarquinio. Uncle to Tina (Patrick) Ellsworth, Sheri (Butch) Smith, Stefanie LoGiudice, Jennifer LoGiudice, Paul LoGiudice, Megan Tarquinio, the late Jordan Tarquinio, Lisa Tarquinio, Alessandro Tarquinio, John LoGiudice, Gino (AnnMarie) LoGiudice, Carmelo Toscano, Celia (David) Pinto, Tiziano Pinto, Loredana LoGiudice, Marisa LoGiudice, Danilo LoGiudice, Giuseppina LoSchiavo and Adriana LoSchiavo and several great nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held at New Comer Cremations and Funerals in Colonie, NY from 4-7 PM on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Services will be held at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery at 11 AM on Friday, December 1, 2023.
