COLONIE- Francis "Frankie" McCormick, 54, went home to be with the Lord at St. Peters Hospice on Sunday, April 24, 2016.
Frankie was born on October 28, 1961, in Albany, NY to the late Frank and Rosemary McCormick. Frankie was a student at Oneonta Job Core.
Frankie is predeceased by his aunt, Mary Rockenstire, his uncles, Jack and Jim McCormick, and his cousin, Johnnie Joe McCormick.
He is survived by his loving siblings; Frances (Chris) Bartyzel, Patrick (Susan) McCormick, and Arthur McCormick, his niece, Monica Bartyzel, his nephews; Aaron McCormick, and Derek McCormick, and his beloved cousins, Pauline, Janet, and John Rockenstire.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road (Rt. 155), Albany, NY 12205, on Thursday, April 28, 2016, from 11:30am-1:30pm, with a service to immediately follow. Burial will take place at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, NY.
Donations may be made in Frankie's name to the Midway Fire Department, 1956 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205
