Francis N. Denucci, Jr.

SLOANSVILLE – Francis N. DeNucci Jr., 73, passed away at his home on Monday, February 11, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Francis and Ola DeNucci. Mr. DeNucci was a US Army veteran serving his country from 1963 through 1965. He worked for the Stratton Veteran's Administration Medical Center before his retirement. Francis enjoyed fishing, spending time at the beach and at the ocean. He especially loved spending time with his loving family.

Francis is the beloved husband of forty-seven years to Mary (Guynup) DeNucci. He is the devoted father of Francis (Tracy) DeNucci III, Tina (Patrick) Slater and Maria (Fred) Braender. He is the brother of Sandy (Rick) Mullen and Jerry Wasson. Also surviving are his cherished grandchildren, Francis, Aaron, Dominic, Jennifer, Michael and Anthony as well as many nieces and nephews.


Funeral services will be Friday at 12:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
