Frank J. Ghezzi

ALBANY-Frank J. Ghezzi, 94, of Albany, NY passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Community Hospice, Albany. He was born on November 30, 1918 in Albany, NY to the late James Ghezzi and Rosmunda Scagnelli. He was the graduate of Philip Schuyler High School in Albany. He served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater during World War II, and after his return home he graduated from RPI in 1947 with an engineering degree. He worked in New York City for many years and later returned to Albany and worked for OGS until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Pilar, his niece June Ghezzi from Chicago, and his nephews Jack Ghezzi, Alan and David Adami, numerous cousins, and several grand nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY.
Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
