Frank Korszun

April 4, 1931 — April 24, 2018

Frank Korszun, 87, is now at peace on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.

Frank was the son of the late Constantin and Anna Korszun.

He was the devoted husband to the late Yolanda P.(Caffarello) Korszun. They were married for over 56 years.

Frank proudly served with the United States Army during Korean War and was a member of the American Legion.

He enjoyed driving to Stewarts, listening to country music, getting a donut & coffee and yes, scratch off tickets. He loved watering Ma's flowers, feeding the birds, watching morning game shows and soaps with Yolanda. He would then take Ma out for dinner and then back home to watch old movies and fall asleep in his chair.

He was a collector of coins, always in search of a wheat penny; a great kidder, always caring and giving and there for everyone to help in anyway. He was a hard working mason by trade, enjoyed talking about all of the churches and buildings he worked on and he is now together again with his loving wife, Yolanda.

Predeceased by his brothers and sisters; Joseph and Walter Korszun, Sadie Maffeo, Bernice Kwiatowski and Florence Marchinkowski. Leaving behind his daughters; Karen A. (Peter Steiner) Korszun and Yolanda (Mark) Richards. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his four legged grandchildren.

Service will be private at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY.

Our family would like to express it's sincere appreciation to Tammy for all of her loving care she showed our father during this difficult time, you are an angel. She and Jessica could always get him to smile.
