Frank Majewski

ROTTERDAM JCT - Frank Majewski, 77, of Rotterdam Junction, passed away on Friday October 19, 2007 at Ellis Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Schenectady and was the son of the late Frank and Sadie Majewski.
Frank was employed for 43 years as a Supervisor at General Electric Company retiring in 1990. He was a longtime adult leader with the Boys Scouts of America. Frank was a talented woodscape artist and woodworking craftsman. He enjoyed gardening, wintering in Ellenton, Florida and spending time with his cherished grandchildren.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Beverly Majewski; his children, Thomas (Ruth) Majewski of Tewksbury, NJ., Terry Ann (Joseph) Capparella of Caroga Lake, Steven (Daina) Majewski of Schenectady and Susan Obercon of Glenville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 10:00 at NewComer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Monday from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorys Garden.
