Frazier Lee Harry Jr., was born in White Plains, New York on May 9, 1966, to the late Frazier Lee Harry Sr. and Dorothy Ransome. He entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York.
Frazier was the only son and oldest of four children. He leaves behind his mother, Dorothy Ransome, sisters Kimbela Harry, Tara Ransome, and Leslie Ransome; and his two sons, Fraquon Harry and Jeremiah Harry. He was a proud father and wanted the very best for his children. He also extended his love to help raise other children who eventually became his stepchildren. Antion Long, Earl Long, Kayshon (Olyvia Velez) Long, Sharmar Royer, and Jayden Birch. Throughout his years he developed close companionships with Patricia Long and Teneille Burr.
Frazier was educated in the Yonkers Public School System and while living in Yonkers, he became very active within his local community and served as a mentor to young men.
Frazier gave his life to Christ and loved the Lord. He cherished spending time with his family and friends. He had a passion for music and loved to cook. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was eager to help those who were in need. He was loving, kind, gentle, and compassionate. As a Chef, he worked in many capacities. His most recent position was held at Rivers Casino where he served as a Specialty Chef. He was a dedicated employee and loved the profession he was in.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories: Leah Harry (niece), Rockeya Harry (niece), Keena (Princess) Harry (niece), Taquawn Ransome (nephew), Talina Ransome (niece), the Creacy family, the Johnson family, the Durham, grandchildren, and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
He was immensely loved and will truly be missed. Frazier was a father, brother, uncle, and a friend. We all feel honored to have known Frazier and will treasure our memories of him together. We love you Frazier.
