Fredrick J. Bohley Jr.

Fredrick "Fred". J. Bohley, 65, of Nassau, passed away on July 16, 2021 at home surrounded by his adoring family.
Born in Albany, on December 21, 1955, he is the son of Fredrick Sr. and the late Carol (Cook) Bohley.

Fred had a deep love and commitment to his family and life long passion for music, photography, the outdoors and wildlife. He took pride in whatever he put his mind to, be it employment, hobbies or study of the Bible to name a few. His generosity of character and humor will be profoundly missed.

In addition to his mother Carol, he is predeceased by his brother Gary.

Fred is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Anita (George) Bohley, three sons, Sean (Lisa), Nathan (Tracey), Justin (Jenna Montesano), grandchildren Dominique (Barbara), Eathan, Kearrah, Kayliana, Ryker and Evan, great granddaughter Isabella, adoptive grandchildren Jacob and Jessica Houck, father Fred Sr., siblings Michael, Timothy (Cindylee), Kimberly, Maureen (Jeff Southworth), and Darryl.

Calling hours are being held Saturday July 24 from 11:00am - 12:30pm, followed by a brief service at 12:30pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY

In lieu of donations or flowers, treat your favorite family musician or artist to a beer, coffee or ice cream. Fred loved all three.
