Garrett Fisher

CLIFTON PARK – Garrett V. Fisher, 69, of Halfmoon, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2006, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Albany and was the son of the late Andrew and Helen Fisher. Mr. Fisher was a resident of the Clifton Park area for almost 40 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Fisher worked for the Capital District Transportation Authority for 27 years before his retirement. Garry was an avid classic car enthusiast and a member of the Dead End Cruziers. He is the beloved husband of 39 years to Marjorie A. Fisher. He is the devoted father of Kenneth A. Fisher of Clifton Park, Tammy A. Jasmin and her husband, Craig of Ballston Lake and Kelly C. Fisher of Clifton Park. Garry is the brother of Andrew Fisher of Albany and the late Adele Face.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 o'clock at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory's Garden.
