Gary Dibble

Schenectady – Gary D. Dibble, 66, passed away on Friday December 6, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born in Duanesburg, he is the son of the late Claude and Myrtle Dibble.

Gary proudly served our country during Viet Nam in The United States Marine Corps. He was employed as a firefighter in the city of Schenectady for 20 years before retiring in 1993.

Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Cheryl Dibble. He is also survived by his sons; Gene (Monika Dixit) Dibble, Seth (Donna) Dibble, John (Julie) Ahl, his grandchildren; Declynn, Bryson, and Hunter, and his sisters; Dawna (Dan) Bartlette, and Tracy (Robert) Parks.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to The Schenectady Community Hospice for their extraordinary care of Gary during his illness. Memorial Contributions may be made in Gary's name to The Schenectady Community Hospice,1411 Union St. Schenectady, NY 12308. Funeral services will be private to the family.
