Gena Pascioni, 95, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
Gena was the daughter of the late Antonio and Pearl Trionfini. Gena was the devoted wife of over 46 years to the late Louis Pascioni.
Gena was a member and a communicant of St. Paul's the Apostle.
Our mom enjoyed her family and friends. She was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We are thankful for the love and support she shared with her family.
She enjoyed playing cards and taught us all how to play. Mom was a league bowler and a golfer which she enjoyed with her husband and friends. In addition she was active in the Rotterdam Senior Citizens where she enjoyed many trips. Her favorite trip was to Ireland with friends and how she kissed the Blarney Stone. For several years, she worked the Election polls in Rotterdam.
In addition to her parents and her husband she was predeceased by her brother Rudy Trionfini and her son-in-law Jerry Parker.
Gena is survived by her children, Dona Parker and Gary (Marilyn) Pascioni. She is the proud grandmother of Scott Parker, Ryan (Lauren) Pascioni, Kyle (Alexa) Pascioni and Melissa (Ryan) Wilson. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held at St. Edward the Confessor, 569 Clifton Pk Center Rd, Clifton Park, New York on Monday February 13, 2023 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 am at St. Edward the Confessor. Burial will follow the Mass at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady, New York.
