TROY – Geneva Daniels, 75, of Troy, passed away on Thursday April 14, 2011 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
She was born in Greeleyville, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late Moses and Mae Pompey. Geneva was predeceased by her husband Thomas O. Daniels, Sr. She is the beloved mother of Barbara, Thomas (Dorothy) Jr. and Eric Daniels and Pattie Hicks. She is the sister of Roosevelt Pompey, Beulah Dukes and Johnnie Mae Youngs. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 am at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 514 7th Ave., North Troy. Calling hours will be Monday from 9 to 11 am at the Church. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
