DELANSON – George I. Busier Jr., 53, a life long Schenectady resident, died suddenly on Friday, March 4, 2005.
George was born on January 16, 1952 in Ballston Spa. He graduated from Niskayuna High School and attended Schenectady Community College. He also served in the US Army. He worked as a cab driver for Central Brown in Schenectady for many years.
George is survived by a son, George I. Busier III, a brother, Wayne D. Busier, a sister, Kathleen M. (Gordon Jr.) VanWagner, nieces and nephews, Rochelle Busier, Douglas Dussault Jr., Tamara Murphy, and Christopher and Kayla VanWagner and good friend, Pamela See.
He was predeceased by his father, George I. Busier Sr., his mother, Doris Busier Brooks and a sister, Lynda M. Busier.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.).
