George C. Malinoski

ROTTERDAM – George Malinoski, 62, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Ellis Hospital surrounded by family after a long illness. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Anthony and Lillian Malinoski.
George enjoyed deep sea fishing, cooking and spending time with his family. He was a fan of science fiction.
He will be missed by his wife of 17 years, Josephine (Geraci Kayser) Malinoski; children Aaron Malinoski of Brooklyn, Krista (Tom) Currie of Colonie, Sarah (Bobbie Van Detta) Kayser of Colonie, Rachel (Wil) Seeley of Rotterdam, and Andrew (Ashley) Kayser of Colonie; grandchildren Livia and Miles Currie, Logan and Ethan Kayser, and Lexi Van Detta; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday at 7:00 pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, with calling hours from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
