LATHAM-Gerard L. Schmitt, 77 passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at his residence. He was born and raised in Albany, the son of the late John and Rosemary Schmitt. Later he lived in Delmar. He retired from Alchar Printing in Troy, NY. He was a Union Printer his entire career.
Gerard is survived by four children, eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
