Gerri Campolungo

Rotterdam - Gerri Campolungo passed away peacefully Saturday, June 24, 2017 embraced in hugs from her loving family. Gerri was the loving and devoted wife to Ralph Campolungo and the mother of Kelly Campolungo and Joneen (Ron) Romines. She was also the very proud grandmother of Samantha Kowalczyk (Greg Beyer) and Ashley Caiazzo (Gerrit Hopper) and the great grandmother to Kendall Grace Hopper. Gerri was the daughter of the late Joseph and Grace Feulner.

Gerri was known for her warm heart and sense of style. Her hobbies included collecting all things Victorian and having the prettiest flowers on the block. Gerri is also known for cruising the streets with Ralph searching for estate and garage sales.

Gerri is survived by Arlene (sister) & Arnie Metzold, Patricia (sister) & Walt Dunham, Debra (sister) & Vince DiMoro, Bobby (brother) & Barbara Feulner, Joe Feulner (brother), and Daniel Feulner (brother). Gerri is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Gerri was predeceased by her sister Joan Heckroth and her brother Raymond Heckroth.

Visitations will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie from 11am to 1pm on Friday, June 30. A funeral ceremony will be held at 1 pm. An Interment will follow the service at St. Cyril and Method Cemetery, Rotterdam.
