Glen E. Fairlee

NISKAYUNA, NY – Glen E. Fairlee, 47, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. He was born in Niskayuna and is the beloved son of Robert E. and Helen C. Fairlee. Glen lived in Colonie for most of his life before moving to Niskayuna ten years ago. He was a graduate of Colonie Central High School. Glen attended Grace Fellowship Church in Colonie and was an avid New York Yankees and Miami Dolphins fan. In addition to his parents, Glen is survived by his loving wife, Karen Fairlee. He is the son-in-law of Merritt and Patricia Simonson. Also surviving are several aunts and cousins.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). A calling hour will precede the service from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Niskayuna Wesleyan Church, 935 Balltown Road, Schenectady, NY 12309 in memory of Glen E. Fairlee.
