SCHOHARIE-Gloria J. Wright, 69 of Schoharie passed away suddenly on February 12, 2014 at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, NY. She was born August 18, 1944 in Catskill, NY and was the daughter of the late Everett and Doris Fancher. Gloria was an avid bowler for many years, loved going to bingo, enjoyed playing at the casino's and spending time with her family. Gloria was a school tax collector for Schoharie for several years.
Gloria is survived by her husband of 48 years Kenneth Wright; her sons Kenneth Wright, Jr., Kevin Wright and Kris Wright; her sister Audrey Schmidt (John); sister-in-law Sharon Fancher, brother-in-laws Martin, Arthur (Janet), Clyde (Alice)and Robert; sister-in-laws Lillien, Doris, Loretta (Eaman); Shirley (George); her grandchildren Jamie, Allen, Sarah, Kelsie and Kameron; and by several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Gloria was predeceased by her brother Everett Fancher and by her sister-in-law Myrtle Strobeck.
At Gloria's request, there will be no calling hours and no service.
