RAVENA – Gloria M. Goodrich, 76, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospital.
Gloria was born on March 20, 1935 in Cossayuna, NY and was the daughter of the late William and Clara (Clough) Stewart. She was the wife of the late John W. Goodrich. She worked for the Hartford Insurance Co. for 41 years. She loved knitting, reading, texting, and spending time with her family.
Gloria is survived by her loving children, Jacqueline Breedlove and John Goodrich; her two special granddaughters, Jill and Jamie Breedlove; her sisters, Irene Beane, Charlotte MacEwan, and Anna Mae Leary; her brothers, Cliff (Janet) Stewart and Walt Stewart; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Shirley King and Doris Blagg and her brothers, Eddie and Ernie Stewart.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, 80 Wolf Road, Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Gloria M. Goodrich.
