Albany- Born Grace Jane Natoli on February 6, 1921 to Jennie and Bartolo Natoli in Cortland, NY. Grace passed away on September 1, 2015 with her loving family by her side at The Teresian House in Albany, NY.
Grace is survived by her three children; Patricia Tobin and Mary Rahmati of Albany, NY, and John (Jack) Tobin of New York, NY; her granddaughters, Teal Rahmati of New York, NY and Grace Tobin of Albany, NY; Cynthia Lupo of West Palm Beach, Florida and her son-in-law James Lupo of Albany, NY & Nick Spadafora son-in-law.
Grace was predeceased by her loving husband, John Tobin, and her two brothers, Anthony Robert and Angelo Natoli.
The indomitable matriarch and heart of her family, Grace lived her life fully with an unwavering devotion to those she loved. Always caring, Grace was known for her hospitality and her warm welcoming of all.
Her family will hold services for Grace in the Chapel at The Teresian House in Albany, NY on Wednesday, September 9th at 11:30AM. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions in her name to The Teresian House.
We love you Nana. You will forever be in our hearts and minds. Watch over us until we can each join you one day in the Kingdom of Heaven.
