Guy A. Dale

Schenectady- Guy A. Dale Jr. 73 passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, October 16, 2014, with his loving family by his side. Guy was the son of the late Guy & Carmella Dale.
Before retiring he was employed for 25 years with the Daily Gazette as a mailer. Guy enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and also loved to travel. He was also devoted to his family and was a loving husband and father.
He is predeceased by his brother Ronald Dale (Virginia) and his parents. He is also predeceased by his son Kenneth Dale of McKinney, Texas who passed away June 27, 2014. He also joins in heaven his brother-in-law Marvin Hertzman of Glenville, New York.
Guy leaves behind his loving wife and childhood sweetheart Katharine M. (Liberski) who he married on October 22, 1961. Guy is also survived by his daughter Karen Goodrow (Joe), daughter-in-law Sharon Dale of Texas, sister-in-law Marge Hertzman of Glenville, sister-in-law Carol Dale of Virginia. Guy was also the loving grandfather of Matthew and Jennifer Goodrow and Ryan Dale. Guy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At Guy's wishes there will be no viewing hours.
The family would like to thank the staff and doctors at NYOH, Rexford for their wonderful care given to Guy.
