LATHAM, NY – Gwendolyn M. Nelson, 83, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2010. She was born in Troy, NY and was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Gwendolyn O'Sullivan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank Nelson, her brother, Daniel O'Sullivan and her sister, Jean Birmingham. Gwendolyn is survived by her step children, Phoebe VonFricken and Brent and Judy Nelson. Also surviving is her sister, Helena Carey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
