H. Herbert Pallack

NISKAYUNA- H. Herbert Pallack, 83, of Winne Rd. Niskayuna went home into the loving arms of Jesus on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Herbert, who was born in New York City, spent most of his life in Niskayuna with his wife Bernadine . He was completely devoted and in love with Bernadine who passed away on 10/3/2012 .We take great comfort knowing that he is now with his beloved wife in Heaven.
Herbert was employed as a draftsman for Knolls Atomic Power Lab for 40 years. He was a family man who enjoyed working on cars, and was a skilled at handyman .He taught his 3 sons how to do the same, and was always there to lend a helping hand.
He loved music and dancing with his beautiful Bernie. They had many dancing parties in their first home on Perry Avenue .Herbert moved to Niskayuna after that, and was a great neighbor there from 1965 until his death. He truly enjoyed the friendships that he and his family developed on Winne Rd.
Herbert loved family camping trips to Cape Cod, and various lakes. He loved to fish with his sons and spend one on one time with them. Family was his number one priority and he cherished the time spent with them. He never missed the baseball games and various events as his sons grew.
Herbert also loved his grandchildren. He attended all of their plays, recitals etc. Herbert was a loving man and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his sons Jeff (Kristin) Pallack of Mechanicville, Glenn (girlfriend Suriya) Pallack of Niskayuna and Mark (Marybeth) Pallack of Niskayuna. He is also survived by his grandchildren Jennifer Holm, Julee Mondeau, Heather Pallack, Laure'n , Greta , Sophie , Benjamin and Noah Pallack.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 PM on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 153 Nott Terrace, Schenectady, NY .
Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Albany following the church service.
