Harriet R. Faas

ALBANY, NY - Harriet R. Faas, 82, passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Albany Memorial Hospital. Harriet was born in Albany to the late Benjamin and Blanche Kross.
Harriet was a bookkeeper for many years at Clarity Publishing and more recently with Easter Seals. She was a longtime member of Degree of Pocahontas. In addition to her parents Harriet was predeceased by her sisters, Irene Williams, Marion Ryan and Elizabeth Kross.
Harriet is survived by her son, John D. Faas, Jr. She is the beloved grandmother of Erika Faas and Jason M. Faas. Harriet is the sister of Rose Gage, Patricia Zaremski and Benjamin Kross. She is also survived by her great grand daughter and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie . A calling hour will precede the service from 12 to 1 at the funeral home.
