Albany - Harry Warner Erickson, 85, peacefully entered into eternal life Wednesday January 15, 2014. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor Erickson.
Harry enjoyed; spending time with his family, animals,reading Life Magazine, watching The Lawrence Welk Show, and playing his records during his free time.
Harry was a devoted father and is survived by his five children; Thomas of East Greenbush, NY; Howard Erickson of Albany, NY; Stephen Erickson of Bennington, VT; Helene Erickson of DE; and David Erickson of Altamont, NY. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jamie, Kayla, Mora,Stephen Jr., and Patricia, great grandchild; Darren, his sister; Linda Hempstead of CT; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions can be made in Harry's name to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd. Albany, NY 12205.
Calling Hours for Harry will be Sunday January 19th from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery Monday January 20th.
