Harry Gause

ALBANY-Harry Gause, 83 of Albany passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Britton Neck, SC, the 16th child of the late Lula and Roland Gause. He retired from the office of General Services as a housekeeper.
Harry is survived by his children Reather Powell, Barbara Register, Betty McDowell and James L. Gause; his wife Edith Miller Gause; his companion of 33 years Lucy Kite; a brother Roland Gause, Jr.; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren , nieces, nephews and extended family.
In addition to his parents, Harry was predeceased by 15 brother and sisters.
Calling hours will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, March 3, 2014 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery, Albany.
