Hayden A. Curry

CURRY, HAYDEN A.

On Saturday, April 17, 2021, Hayden A. Curry, a dedicated union member, passed away peacefully at the age of 71.

Hayden was born on November 3, 1949, in Albany, NY. Hayden was a member of the Sheet Metal Worker's Local 83 for nearly 50 years. He married his wife, Christina Margiotta in Albany, NY and raised one son, William Curry.

Hayden loved to hike and travel in his earlier years. He especially enjoyed hiking and camping in the Adirondacks. He also loved to make his yearly trip to Hawaii with his close friends. He was known for his extreme sarcasm and unique sense of humor.

Hayden was preceded in death by his father, William Curry, his mother, Constance Curry, and his brother, Kevin Curry.
Hayden is survived by his wife Christina Margiotta, his son William Curry, his sister Dorothy Curry Sheller, his brother Bill Curry, and several nieces and nephews

Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, NY from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a funeral service to immediately follow 6:00 pm. Burial will be private.

Gathering size, within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements.
Masks are required, and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
