Halfmoon - Helen A. Gatulik, 88, passed away on Tuesday August 30, 2022 with her family by her side. Born in Chatham NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Doleski. Sister of Joseph and predeceased by Frank and John.
Helen retired from the Watervliet Arsenal. Previously employed at GE, then a stay home Mom while attending HVCC for business. Was also employed at Shenendehowa School.
She enjoyed her flower beds, back yard birds and traveling with Tony and camping. Grandchildren were always welcome to tag along.
Helen is the beloved wife of the late Anthony (Tony) Gatulik. She is the devoted mother of Anthony R.(Donna) Gatulik, Diane (Richard) Hopper, Sharon (John) May and Steven (Michelle) Gatulik.
She is the cherished grandmother (Gramma) of 9 grandchildren, Nicole, Brandon, Danielle, Justin, Garrett, Amber, Heather, Blain and Chloe. And 14 adored great grandchildren.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Internment will be in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetary, Schuylerville, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her parish of 64 years; St. Mary's Church Crescent, 86 Church Hill Road, Waterford NY 12188
