LEEDS – Helen Kammerer Cox, 87, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and great grandmother passed away on Thursday February 13, 2014.
She is survived by her daughters, Sandra R. Goulet and Sharon L. Lukens as well as 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her devoted son, John Cox.
Helen had an amazing career as a personal secretary for three Governors of New York State before retiring to spend more time with her cherished family.
Funeral services will be Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 11 am to 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens.
