COLONIE – Henry W. Youngs, 98, formerly of Colonie, passed away on Friday October 24, 2008 at Ellis Hospital. He was born in Schenectady and was the son of the late Walter and Mary Sherman Youngs.
Henry was an automobile mechanic and worked for Wedekind Motors in Schenectady for many years. He was predeceased by his wife, Alberta Youngs in 1994.
Henry is the father of Marlin T. Youngs and his wife Delores of Scotia. He is the brother of Florence Lippiello. He is the grandfather of Timothy Youngs and Jeffrey Youngs. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several step grandchildren.
